Was warned by colleagues, should've listened!

Account Executive (Former Employee)
New York, NY (US)

I worked at comScore full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGrowing company. Owns a key niche of the web measurement economy. Long term employment for some.

ConsYikes - where to start?
1) People are not ethical - lie to customers, etc.
2) Cut throat environment encouraged. One story of top level exec "cheating the system" and selling outside territories to fill their own pockets with commission
3) Unhealthy cliques throughout organization
4) Nepotism - CEO favors family members, etc.

I was warned before joining that I would be confronted with unethical people. They were right!

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't be afraid to innovate - you're using decade old tech. Spend more on R&D

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
