ProsYou have job= your not umemployed
You have a paycheck= your not unemployed
You can pay your bills= your not unemployed
You can feed your children and provide a roof under their head= your not unemployed

ConsYes a lot of sneeky co-workers, but who cares your still getting paid at the end of the day.
Yes a lotttt of micro managing, my advice, and take it from me...do not show emotion because the minute they see you are weak they will take advantage of it. Do not allow anyone to muddle with your liveliyhood. It doesnt matter where you work you will always have micro managing, dont take it personally these are people that are insecure and have a lack confidence. Pray for them.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake the time to reflect on how big your company has grown. Take the time out to thank past and present employees on making your company as big as it is now. God Bless

ProsCorporate seems to want to make employees happy, promotion opportunities, benefits and what management views as fair wages

ConsLocal office management claim to not have any power, the different offices have not come together to function as a team which leads to confusion and disatisfaction.

Advice to Senior ManagementValue your your employees- they are the ones who keep you operating. Without them, the whole company would be lost since operational managers do not really know how operations work.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Free coffee and a lot of company activities outside the office.
Good working hours.
15 Paid days.

ConsStarting and base salaries.
A lot of unneeded stress and pressure.
Bonuses and stock options are few and far between.

ProsStock options are a plus and salaries are comparable. Larger company enables larger pool of clients.

ConsCompany is stretched too thin; bottom line is always numbers, numbers, numbers.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry treating employees more like people and less like statistics.

ProsIt's a job, love what I do but can not stand the politics, favoritsm, and lack of appreciation

Conslack of concern for the employee, favoritism is rampent, no consistency in any area-what is true for one is not for another. One gets away with unapproved behaviors, others get reprimanded for similar behavior.
SO much inequity

Advice to Senior ManagementWith micromanagement so prevalent at the local level, it is non existent at the HR level, as well as the upper management level. There is no concern about the worker bees.

ProsI agree w/ review #1.. It's only a job...

ConsTotally like u r back in High School. Management is big on Micro Managing. You have to be in their click to even survive. If you like to be in a stressful job position, this is the job for u. They do not care about qualifications only if u r compatible to be their puppet. As far as raises, u can kiss them goodbye... Management at this particular location r getting paid to do nothing but ridicule the employee and flex their power...

Advice to Senior Managementu should take off your blind folds and pay attention to your employees more because u always hear the negative and never the positive from management at this location...
