I have been working at Express Scripts full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

You can become a Certified Pharmacy Technician within a year of being employed. The hours are great if you want Banker's hours. The position I held was very easy. Pay was about right for the job. Time-off is satisfying.

    Cons

Not much room for advancement. Can become very repetitive and mundane. Sometimes will watch you work over your back to make sure you are following procedure to help prevent errors. This can be both pro and con.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would like to me more room for advancement

    Pros

Mail order setting, away from retail

    Cons

Company requires massive production without regards to the patient's well being or benefits, no clinical reviews, don't care if RPH make mistakes vs process more prescriptions, the main goal for the company is to send more prescriptions out of the door with the least time spent to review for patient safety

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more clinical weight to the practice don't just loook at financial outcome
And provide better patient/ customer service

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
