    ExxonMobil Experience for a Lifetime

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsEM allows employees to obtain a wealth of experience. You are able to take away many of the learning and apply them to new job ventures.

ConsBecause of the demands of the job and a results driven environment, there is a struggle t find a work life balance for many employees. Also, the ranking system can be very subjective with the negotiation and presentation skills of your supervisor playing heavily on your "rank" in the organization and ultimately your pay increase.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on work life balance and making work enjoyable and the rest will fall into place.
