Former Employee – worked at Flextronics full-time for less than a year
Pros – The pay relative to other repair tech jobs, repairing Apple laptops, got off work early most days except during peak periods
Cons – The people, unrealistic expectations, poor training, too many silly changes (including your job duties)
Advice to Senior Management – Don't just throw new repair techs into the fire with minimal training and expect them to meet expectations immediately or pair them with a group of people and expect that group to meet expectations. Make decisions that stabilize the work environment more, i.e. start and end times, job duties, and stick with them instead of changing regularly.

Former Employee – worked at Flextronics full-time
Pros – The business moves quickly, and lots of opportunities to learn and spread your wings because they are staffed so lean
Cons – Sometimes quick decisions don't lead to good results, and lean staff and learning opportunities can also mean, lots of hours and burnout
Advice to Senior Management – Be cognizant of work-life balance and changes that can be perceived as takeaways. if there is an expectation to work globally, then the business should be more open to alternative work arrangements like working remotely and/or offsite.

Current Employee – been working at Flextronics full-time for less than a year
Pros – Average pay for tactical work, thinking not required
Cons – If you are someone who likes to do what is told, like working with a bunch of robots, not-so-bright, not-so-ambitious, and not-so-talented people, then this is the place for you. Depressing environment, with old office furnitures, filthy bathrooms, no office supplies, no kitchen supplies, and dungeon-like facility. No room for growth. Arrogant people that has worked there all their lives and know nothing better.
Advice to Senior Management – Please hire intelligent, talented and professional individuals who can make a difference and fire those who are useless.
