ProsFriday-offs.. work/life balance is very essential for me..

ConsMost were contractual workers. Low salary compared with other office within the country.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease align compensation to what it is just.

ProsManagement very strong with safety at the top

ConsOverseas project you need to be hired as a tier l level instead of tier ll. Tier ll less pay and less benefits.

Advice to Senior ManagementHR needs to explain in detail contract differences between tier l verses tier ll before signing contract.

ProsAccomodating to family needs. Very flexible. Great people to work with. Great TOWP once you accumulate it. I was able to work from Full-time to Part-time.

ConsDepending on how the economy situation, raises was not good. However, other years when I began with Fluor, it was great.
