Staff ethics are poor, most are just there to collect a pay check.

    Engineer (Former Employee)

ProsFlexible working in the true sense, good salary compared to others in the reading area. Real opportunities to work oversea on good packages.

ConsNo expectation to high achieve, full of whole family units, husbands wife's and their adult sons daughter, brothers sisters all using the company as a cash cow. Staff very unhelpful, no one willing to explain when asked questions which relate to their role just get vacant looks and expressions. The management still operate like its 1980, staff must know their place.

Advice to Senior ManagementEmploy more younger professionals, to dilute the dated and insular culture.

    Worst working experience

Anonymous (Current Employee) Houston, TX (US)

Pros9/80 schedule that's the only pro!!!!

ConsGossip, back-stabbing. High turnover. Management doesn't care. They place people in management roles based solely on a friendship. Experience is not needed if you have a friend in a higher position. Lazy employees, no real idea of processes & procedures. Benefits are not good anymore. Raises are a joke!

Advice to Senior ManagementGo back to the drawing board & start all over!!!

ConsNew management not having the values of older management that originally brought the company to international recognition.

Advice to Senior ManagementBottoms up management works great when dealing with field construction people.
Everything must be clear in presenting engineering drawings that have integrity.
