    Compare with the other IT vender in Japan, the salary is relatively high.

    * Close to non-existent salary delta between high and low performers
    * Mid-Management layer consisted of age group started out during the hey-days of a booming Japanese economy and many are too entitled to overcome adversity
    * Very little auntonomy

    * Implement demotions for management
    * Implement an effective 360 rating system
    * Consider being open to bringing back ex-employees to fill senior management to eradicate entitlement of promotion among middle management

    Please remove the HR team in Pune all them do time pass kind of work. Shout loudly no work culture for them. Food is worst over there.

    better communication between structures. For example - to sell Fujitsu scanners you have to go in another company - not to Fujitsu representative.

    Non what so ever, unless you are a friend or relative of somebody in higher position

    Cons

    Everything, Lack of competence, understanding, procedures, organization, transparency,extremely high turnover of employees, they either leave (understandably) or get laid off. Fujitsu Sweden is the absolute worst work place, my advice stay away.

    Get rid of the incompetent people, get rid of the mama papa shop attitude, try to look at how others do business and get some training about the business you are in and how to keep your employees

    Pros

    A great mix of different people from various backgrounds, the management was good and there was a chance of progression to different functions of the Fujitsu business.

    Cons

    There was limited chance to do overtime, the management was on occasion a bit lenient with staff that were causing distraction and no company bus to take you to the offices from the airport.
