    A good opportunity to Grow

Systems and Network Administrator (Former Employee) Lisbon (Portugal)

    ProsCompetitive salary and benefits.
    Strong and Stable company, reliable.
Has strong partners in both the public and private sector, so you will get a job guaranteed in the most prominent players in the market.
    Good Work-Life Balance.
People are nice to work with.
A Good training and certification program in place

ConsThe lack of projects made me staying with the company no longer possible.
Promotions are hard to get and raises based on merit and performance are non existent.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue the good work you are doing in making this company big, however keep an eye on the workforce and invest in designing an effective career planning program. The most common question made in Interviews is: Where are you planning to be 5 years from now.. Just think about the answer carefully and don't stop asking this question after the interview.

    Solid ecosystem for techies

Business Analyst (Current Employee) Paris (France)

ProsStrong partnerships with Microsoft, Oracle, SAP and the big players in general
Opportunity to work on the latest technological trends (eg. cloud computing, mobility)
Large array of possible functions and responsibilities
Good customer base (public sector, industry, banks, ...)

ConsProfit-driven but too short-sighted; no clear long-term strategy
    Unstable management, lack of leadership
If and when you find your place in the machine, expect to remain there for a while
No real consulting offer (mostly because of lack of profitability)

Advice to Senior ManagementBusiness seems good but positioning should be clearer (to customers and employees alike); stop trying to revive activities you've never been good at

It's an outsourcing company, what would You expect?

Software Engineer (Former Employee) Sophia Antipolis (France)

ProsIt's an outsourcing company with all it's ups and downs. Pay would always arrive on time. Some nice people worked there in Sophia Antipolis (not among managers sadly), and at some point they had a really good agency director. These days it's just a company like any other in this business I guess. Not any better, not much worse either. On the upside I could probably mention that they really used to help foreigners a lot in moving their lives to France.

ConsIt's an outsourcing firm so they'll promise you silver mountains to have You sign the contract. See some episodes of "42'ème etage" to understand how they roll in France. All true. Once You're on CDI You have 3 months notice period straight away, and You likey won't even see your salary follow inflation, let alone show some real signs of increase. Also, in no way does your salary depend on Your work's results or customer's feedback. Forget bonuses and other things outside basic pay, you may get a gift for Christmas though... in the price range of 50 euros.

I do not bother them and they do not bother me

Software Engineer (Current Employee) Sophia Antipolis (France)

ProsA good job for lazy people, with kids or before retirement. If you do not expect to much it should be ok.

ConsLack of trainings. Extremely difficult to get a rise. And is not related to your performance. Company do not understand it's employees.

Small agency, small teams, few rewarding missions but nice people

Lead Developer (Former Employee) Aix-en-Provence (France)

Pros- Small teams and small projects can be a benefit in some ways, don't have pressure
    - Being in Agency of Aix en Provence which is a nice location
    - Management is ok with you

Cons- Short term missions, have to switch quite often from technologies
    - Not a lot of contracts, always with the same clients

Advice to Senior Management- If you want to keep people, raise their salary or try to boost your missions

    Cons- Lack of training
    - Some under performing colleagues
    - No career path defined

Advice to Senior Management- Produce a well described career path

Pretty good, the company is just too big.

    Consultant (Current Employee) Paris (France)

    ProsLots of different clients
    Open to almost all technologies

ConsToo much consultants. You just feel like an ant sometimes.

Advice to Senior ManagementHelp people evolve.

    Average

    Software Developer (Current Employee)

ProsA lot of varied work. I can't complain about repetition after 3+ years.

ConsDepends on the projects and clients. It wouldn't surprise me they put you in underestimated projects where in the end you'll be working endless hours including weekends with a ridiculous compensation for it.

Advice to Senior ManagementEstipulate real compensations for those who give up their personal life trying to push the projects forward.
