Former Employee – worked at GFI Software full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – GFI pays ok and the hours are also manageable. The location is outside of Tampa so the commute isn't too bad to get to work.

Cons – The place is synonymous with a theatre house. The place is full of drama and it seems nearly no one can keep anything to themselves. It is a small company with little room to move up. Also, to move up you have to be buddies with the higher ups.

Cons – Big company mentality - you're just a number.

Advice to Senior Management – If you treated people better, you wouldn't ALWAYS be hiring.
