    Pros

Flexible management and attention to concerns. Willing to work with schedules to a point. Good starter job but advancement can be hard.

    Cons

Pay is lower than most other companies in the same field. Benefits are offered if you work over 30 hours per week but this can be hard to attain.

I worked at Hakkasan part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The people you work with are nice, and we get along pretty well. Anytime I requested for time off in advance, I always got it. Scheduling was pretty easy.

    Cons

The tip situation was a little sketchy. We had a feeling that some of the servers were pocketing cash instead of putting it into the pool. You also had to find your own parking, which meant paying a monthly fee to park in one of the garages close by.
