Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

Former Employee – worked at Hewitt Associates full-time for more than 3 years

ProsRelaxed work culture, your senior or your manager will hardly confront you or question you. Quite organised and have very robust systems and processes in place. They take employee feedback seriously. I worked in the Benefits Delivery Line of Business for three years in three roles - SCA, Senior SCA ( only present in India ) and FSA ( equivalent to SA i the US )

ConsThey deal in a niche product ( Total Benefits Administration ) and proprietary tools. The domain they work with is also quite specific - US Retirement benefits, Health Benefits and Contributions. If you are really passionate and interested in this domain then this is the right job for you, otherwise if you spend a long time at this organisation, then you will not have anywhere else to move.

Charlotte, NC (US)

Former Employee – worked at Hewitt Associates full-time for more than a year

ProsPay. Opportunity for raise. Friendly environment. Cafe with multiple food options.

ConsLack of organization. Management lacked enough experience to provide good advice. Would say one thing and the next five complete opposite advice and tell you that you did it wrong. Many people are not happy with the job but stay while looking for other jobs.

Atlanta, GA (US)

Former Employee – worked at Hewitt Associates full-time for more than 3 years

ProsThe benefits aren't bad. If you are engaged and committed, you can move up the ladder at your pace. They are a good stepping stone to working for other companies.

ConsTedious processes. The pay is not the greatest.

Advice to Senior ManagementIncrease incentives to help reduce turnover. When adding additional steps to processes, also think about was to reduce steps in processes. Strive to make processes more efficient as possible.
