    Pros

    Hilton has a very well structure employee care system and the staff is generally trained to be supportive and friendly.
    You get great travel discounts in hotels worldwide. The standards are high everywhere you go.

    Cons

    In the hotels managed by Hilton but not owned, there can be situations where the owner take over the management and the quality of the whole work experience fall. Enviroment not really ideal to stimulate the employees.

    Pros

    good management, decent benefits, promote within, nice travel perks, friendly people, get small office atmosphere while perks of working with a large company.

    Cons

    low pay till get into management position, set schedule and very strict late absence policy, it is a 24/7 business so have to work holiday and weekends

    -Great people to work with
    -Management tries to cater to your needs in terms of work schedule
    -Incentives for working at your best

    Cons

    -Worked there for almost 2 years where I started on First Shift (5 or 6am), than I was bumped to cafeteria (same time), than I was moved to Banquets (start time 7am, 9am, or 12am), I got sick and was out a week and upon my arrival back they decided, without asking me, to move me to 3rd shift in the restaurant (1pm,2pm,3pm, or 4pm).
