    Pros

Hilton has a very well structure employee care system and the staff is generally trained to be supportive and friendly.
You get great travel discounts in hotels worldwide. The standards are high everywhere you go.

    Cons

In the hotels managed by Hilton but not owned, there can be situations where the owner take over the management and the quality of the whole work experience fall. Enviroment not really ideal to stimulate the employees.

    Pros

Great learning environment and culture. Good deals for team member rates in all the hotels for the company.

Every hotel is different. Not really the same "standards" for Franchised hotels than for managed /owned. Sometimes is hard to grow in the company for the same reason.
