Former Employee – worked at ITV as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – Interesting work, good variety of internal communications and TV show related design projects. Creative freedom on most projects. Friendly work colleagues.
Cons – Very disorganised at the time I worked there, feeling the design department had drifted from the organisation. Poor workspace and morale, not much communication with other design departments. However I believe this has changed and in recent years and they have a new focused internal design studio.

Former Employee – worked at ITV
Pros – The managers were great... I couldn't have asked for a more supportive group of people to work with. Also, the salary is better than most other media outlets in the area.
Cons – There are a lot of freelancers so it seems like there's always new people coming in. Once they get there though, many stay for a while.
Advice to Senior Management – I would say that they should take a more active role in monitoring and rewarding employee performance. It'd be nice if doing a particularly good job would be noticed more often.
