    Pros

Rewards performance heavily. So if you happen to land on projects heavily invested, you don't have to worry.

    Cons

However if you happen to join under staff and lack of resources project, then it will be horrible. If it fails or canceled at some point, then it will be reflected in your performance review.

I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Moulds your career with new skill set set and trainings. You can explore, learn and contribute sharing and gathering your knowledge with your peers. And most importantly great compensation with amazing benefits.

    Cons

Sometimes senior management lacks proper communication with the low level employees on company's long term goals and projects.
Too hazy with too many meeting schedules which sometimes make you feel apart from your work focus.

I worked at Intel Corporation full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Good benefits,
    Colleagues are nice,
Salary is higher than average market,
No need to work for extra long hours provided that you have done your task

    Cons

The increment for this company is too slow. Personally, i think it was due to the different type of bonuses that given to employees based on their performance and the profit of that year too.

I worked at Intel Corporation full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Loved the free coffee and fruit, as well as the Corporate Shuttle that made it easier to collaborate with team mates. High integrity, strong values and great people. Most people at Intel are "lifers" and enjoy great benefits and perks. For example, President Obama visited the Intel campus and I won the lottery so that I could attend and see POTUS in action. Very cool.

    Cons

Difficult to see your ideas implemented, since there are nearly 100,000 people seeking to have their ideas implemented, and can be easy to feel stifled. Leadership bench and leadership team is average to weak, except for a sprinkling of true star performers throughout the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need stronger leadership bench - many of the managers are not true "leaders" and will be unable to change fast enough to help the company transform into the the "new" Intel, the one that exists 5 years from now after PC prices have continued to plummet and $1,000 PCs are only a tiny fraction of overall technology sales.
