    Flexibility to move around; Must own your own employment or you won't last; They offer retirement packages (I took mine in July 2013); training is a priority

    Management engage with staff and hold regular 1 to 1 meeting to clearly define goals
    Employees are encouraged to raise concerns ( for example food quality in canteen and management take action)

    Cons

    Working shift Nights 7pm to 7am
    The change over from days to nights each month is difficult also
