Pros – Technology; Work Life balance; Knowledgeable staff; Training
Cons – IT management was for the most part recruited in London UK… And brought to Houston to work. Most are on visas so they have to stay at company. When your salary reaches a certain level they force you out.

Cons – Salary a bit lower than average, promotions difficult after a certain level
Advice to Senior Management – More classes and educational opportunties for associates to advance in the investment profession

Pros – Career development and advancement for fresh-outs is very good. Excellent training program.
Cons – Fewer high level management positions available.
Advice to Senior Management – Look at succession planning more seriously and recognize your best talent or they will leave.

Pros – Good benefits (insurance and vacation). Good mixture of management team members. Nice work environment. Free soft drinks. Various career options available.
Cons – The pay is not as good compared to similar job titles within the industry. A little top heavy on management.
Advice to Senior Management – Great company to work for if you are looking for good benefits, vacation, and an average salary. A good place to get your foot in the door.
