    Pros

Laid Back, Cool Co-Workers, Decent tips compared to fast food, They let you transfer and give opportunities to get promotions.

    Cons

Pay is minimum. Honestly not bad compared to most fast food.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow In-N-Out's Model a little more and you could have their spoils and reputation.

I worked at Jamba Juice part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Fun, pleasant, healthy, fast paced environment. I always found the staff fun to work with. Good team environment

    Cons

Mediocre pay (started $0.25 over minimum), somewhat physically demanding. You need to be able to memorize all the smoothie recipes fairly quickly to keep up (but that's not too hard).

I worked at Jamba Juice part-time

    Pros

Environment, decent hours, most employees have a fair amount of room for growth up to manager, pretty clean work.

    Cons

Lots of standing, cleaning can be a bit much some times but, it's not that bad

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen a bit more to employees and move on towards more focused and direct management.

I worked at Jamba Juice part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It's a fun, high energy place to work. There is plenty of opportunity to move up to a store lead if you stay with the company so growth is great.

    Cons

A lot of the workers are teens, so it is hard for them to take it seriously. The higher management seems overly concerned with goals rather than treating the customers right and maintaing a good client base.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe hire older employees and check their background thoroughly.

I have been working at Jamba Juice full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Flexible hours. Love the customers.

    Cons

Work you to death. They have sell, sell, sell mentality. Be healthy but buy more. For most of the employees this is their first job and the expectations are of someone who has been in the business for awhile.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your are forgetting what its really like working in a store.

I worked at Jamba Juice part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Jamba is a great place to start for a first job. It is fairly easy to move up within a store, especially if you stay for a year or more.

    Cons

The frequent availability of management positions can leave plenty of room for less than desirable managers. The young management tends to lack professionalism and maturity requiring others to carry their load.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more selective with management choices.

    Being a GM in Jamba:
    -creating your own schedule

-creating a great place for young people to learn and grow

    Cons

    -Company Focuses can change frequently
-senior leaders can become disconnected with the happenings, needs, and learnings at the field level
-Training program at the team member level needs to be revamped (however I believe there is a plan to do so)
