    I worked at Jamba Juice

    Pros

Easy job with flexible hours. Great to do if you are a student since they are super accommodating.

    Cons

The outfits aren't the best to wear - An orange visor isn't number 1 in my wardrobe. They could definitely invest in more attractive uniforms.

I worked at Jamba Juice part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

High energy, managers truly cared about their employees and wanted them to enjoy their time at work. A lot of opportunity to learn about health benefits of different additives within the smoothies prepared in their store.

    Cons

The only problem I had while working at Jamba Juice was that I did not receive as many hours as I wanted to.

I have been working at Jamba Juice part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Creating new drinks for customers with preferences and/or special dietary needs, fun coworkers, upbeat environment

    Cons

Coworkers (this varies by store), rude customers (only sometimes), lunch/dinner rushes can last for hours

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is great, they're very understanding and helpful. Sometimes they take their stress out on team members, but that is to be expected every now and then.

I worked at Jamba Juice part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

There was a really good team feeling at both stores I worked at! you also get a 50% discount which is pretty legit. everything is pretty easy.

    Cons

really cheap.. one store I worked at promised a 75 cent raise and ultimately only gave 50. to people getting promoted. there wasn't a lot of hours available in the winter which was awful for some people but was great when I was in high school!

    I worked at Jamba Juice

    Pros

If you work in your area, you see a lot of your friends. Pay is decent and the coworkers are great.

    Cons

It gets super busy sometimes and the customers get snappy.

    I worked at Jamba Juice

    Pros

    - The exciting atmosphere was contagious, from the employee, to the owner, to the customer.
    - High morale (mostly)
    - Free Jamba at each shift!
    - Made long-lasting friendship
    - Perfect job for young students
    - Decent tips (though not as good as a barista)

    Cons

-It was so hard to get off work on the occasional Saturday. At least it was to most of the employees. A few would charm their way out of it.
-Handbook was extensive and complex. I was a Jamba trainer and it's impossible for even the most absorbent person to be able to use the information as corporate would want. But maybe it's impossible for corporate not to have such a manual, considering the size of the company.
-The orange and carrot juicers are a pain to clean.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Though hard workers are wanted and needed, they should receive first choice for time off over the slackers.

    I worked at Jamba Juice

    Pros

Positive atmosphere, healthy environment, energetic music. I worked here while in college and it was a great part time job.

    Cons

You leave smelling like a smoothie every day, but other than that, nothing bad to say.

I worked at Jamba Juice full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Easy, fast paced, good product, and over all an reasonable job requirement

    Cons

You are making smoothies for a living. If you learn a skill, or a trade, you can find a better job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I really have no critical advice to management. This is a fairly easy to understand business/business model.
