I worked at Janssen full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Experienced management and a small company feel. Janssen respects those that take informed risks. Development of associates at all levels is a cornerstone of the company's success.
Cons – As with any pharmaceutical company at this point in time there is a high degree of uncertainty but if you thrive in ambiguity, you'll do just fine!
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to be transparent in every way possible as it builds associate trust and respect.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Janssen full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Given significant responsibility in junior positions and freedom to succeed. Also, provided plenty of resources and additional training both at Janssen and J&J.
Cons – If you did not work your way up through sales you will need to work extra hard to understand the sales environment. Many brand managers and Sr. management started in pharma sales.

I have been working at Janssen as an intern for less than a year
Pros – I think that the best thing about Johnson and Johnson let alone Janssen is that they treat all of their coops like they are in an actual entry level job. I work in Finance, and its been great to manage budgets, sit in on billion dollar reviews and feel part of this awesome company
Cons – The only thing I will say is that I was not from the state where I did a coop, and they did not offer me housing. That isnt to say that coop and intern housing is not available. It does get offered to some coops.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great work!
