    Pros

The benefits are pretty good, the company is large enough where you can move and advance your career

    Cons

Leaders have no idea what they're doing. Direct management is incompetent and is so busy shoving the JLL world down their clients' throats they can't pay attention to the needs of their own staffers. When you bring up a concern to HR and have a conversation regarding the office you're working in, nothing is done. An employee had her privacy violated by another employee - to the point where the first employee could have brought up legal action against the other employee as well as the company - and absolutely nothing was done. JLL sells unnecessary services to the client.

    Advice to Management

Talk with your local-level managers. Get them to actually do their job and interface with their employees. And listen to your lower level employees. Take action when something happens in your clients' offices. Stop making people complete unnecessary reports and tasks just so someone somewhere can keep a job. The extra work just so a spreadsheet can sit in a database and never get looked at is asinine and outdated.

    Pros

Very professional ; definitely the best firm to appoint for real estate matters

    Cons

Too much emphasis on revenue but not talent development

For agents, they only promote you but not putting a lot of effort in developing you

    Advice to Management

Develop the talents listen to them or they will just leave in 3-5 years time

    Pros

Flexible hours, I was always able to work my schedule around tests, projects, and other school commitments. Great learning environment for a business student. Very supportive team, willing to help you learn and walk you through new procedures / assignments. Wonderful leadership on the finance / brokerage side.

    Cons

Sometimes getting the necessary deliverables from people can be difficult. There are some communication issues but other than that I really can't think of any cons visible from my position.

    Pros

Work flexibility (telecommute) , decent benefits, seemingly concerned about employees welfare.

    Cons

Company though good intentions is quite large, hard to get noticed and therefore move up the ladder. Bottom line: if want to advance in career, will probably have to leave company.

    Advice to Management

Strive to look within current talent. You will be happily surprised as to what you already have.

    Pros

Great ethos on the brand - a whole rebranding event took place whilst I was working there which I think many struggled with but it brought the company in line with the competition. Lovely people - really down to earth employees which made work fun.

    Cons

A very London bias on the company. A lot of the intranet information was aimed at London workers which occasionally put counties employees noses out of joint.

    Advice to Management

More inclusive events - move the events out of London and bring HR to the other offices.

    Pros

As a fairly new employee, I felt overwhelmed my first week or so (but honestly who isn't). The on-boarding resources are available and lots of people willing to help train and answer questions. They may not be in your office but that just helps you meet more of your peers faster. I really enjoy the people in my office as well as my regional team. I knew this was the right company for me almost instantly!

    Cons

There are times when you have to put in extra time (when there is a big pitch, etc), but I feel like it all balances out in the long run.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!
