I think that this company must very by location because I can tell you that the corporate office in SF is terrible.

    Pros

Some employees are great but they are few and far between.

    Cons

As a former EA I can tell you that the administrative team is treated like crap. Company is known for playing horrible wages and having bad broker splits.
Super negative environment that works you death w no perks.
In the time I was in this office literally 112 people left (60 person office).
Brokers very in personalities but they are all out for themselves at the day.

Regional CEO is elitist and clueless.
Would rather beg on the street than work there again, seriously.
Especially now that I'm with a great company I can see how poorly the company treats people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recognize all members of staff, stop
ignoring turn over issues, stop the drama.

    Former Employee - Facilities Manager

    Pros

Benefits, not sure what else to say

    Cons

This company does not support their people and their senior management is absolutely awful. They will make you take the fall for their shortcomings. You get written up without actual facts supporting it and their HR department was not even involved. I have worked for a few companies and there is no way the write ups they were giving to their employees - employee at will or not would be acceptable. Talk about unfair labor laws.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start taking a closer look at your Senior management staff. Don't just take their word on everything and get HR involved before you end up with a lawsuit. If you want your facilities department to prosper and you want to keep your existing contracts - start getting more involved!

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

The atmosphere is professional and everyone is working hard to accomplish their goals. Day to day work experience varies according to department and supervisor.

    Cons

The training could be more comprehensive and there is little follow up after hire. Although ease of moving to other departments is offered at hire, it is hard to do.
