    Pros

    Nothing I could think of.

    Cons

    - Those consultants who brought in the deals with clients where looked on as gods and everyone else was looked over.
    - Massive divides in all areas of the business, between back office and consultants, between states, between consultants themselves.
    - The back office received no acknowledgement or support for the hard hard work that was performed.
    - The MD isn't a great person by any means. She's not a good influence for the company at all. Gets her friends into management roles who are incompetent.
    - I've seen the company treat loyal employees like crap. If they need to cut heads, they won't hesitate. They will try not to pay you what you are owed.

    By far one of the worse places I worked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Without your back office staff, your company doesn't run. Recognition for the super long hours and ridiculous targets being met should be rewarded.

    Pros

    Less cut throat than other agencies from what I've heard, KPI's for cold calling etc are increasing as a result of the company falling behind its competition within Perth. Have some good PSA agreements and are working hard to get more. Not much work politics.

    Cons

    Currently very few desirable PSAs, all high frequency low margin type positions, little to no exposure to engineering/mining and accounting in Perth. All Perth does is engineering/mining and accounting so having no foothold effects the other divisions as well.

    ive never been happier; level of management, both direct and overall from the top down, the processes make sense, compliant yet not cumbersome. attitude of employees and management is positive and there is a balance between life and work

    Cons

    con would be to allow more vacation and sick leave, but dosen't everyone need this!

    Pros

    I loved helping people not only find employment, but also to have them find their own resources to help them find their next job. The benefits were okay, I think a bit over priced. My trainer was awesome, and had given me the proper training and guidance that I would need to execute my job successfully!

    Cons

    My district manager, while he meant well did a whole lot of nothing. He was too busy working on 'personal' issues and spending their work time fixing them. This allowed him to push all of their work on to me. Furthermore, when there were issues at his level to be handle , he refused and had me work on them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Cross train your District Managers! Make sure they have an understanding what a staffing supervisor is doing, including the computer programs that they use. While there are a lot of resources to utilize at Kelly, the number one should be your own boss!

    Boss doesn't micro manage.
    Little politics.
    company doesn't practice a hire and fire policy

    Cons

    compensation - look into the commission scheme for consultants. Benefits - look into annual leave and flexi benefits plan.

    Very organized and professional. Paid holidays once you work a certain amount of hours. Long term assignments are available.

    Cons

    Had to wait three months before a temporary job became available. This may be due to the economy in CA.

    Pros

    It has many features that you can use online instead of going to their office, online learning resources. The process to start working was quickly and was able to start a job quickly and pay check was on time.

    Cons

    Some of the office employees are a tad unprofessional, work is limited to warehouse jobs.

    It would be nice to have more options of work from different fields and for the people from the offices be more interactive with the employees.
