    Pros

Solid hours and pay, helpful and approachable senior management

    Cons

Company won't be in existence for the foreseeable future, not a lot of upward mobility within this workplace.

I have been working at Lehman Brothers

    Pros

Salaries are above market for most positions.

    Cons

Pretty much a dead end job. Company winding down and staff being let go.

    I worked at Lehman Brothers

    Pros

Great learning experience and steppingstone to the next opportunity. I would recommend working here especially if you are just starting your career.

    Cons

Normal investment banking hours and culture so you have to be prepared for that. As long as you know what to expect, it is a good employment experience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would suggest improved communication up and down the leadership chain in general as my advice to management.

I worked at Lehman Brothers (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The knowledge I learned at Lehman Brothers was outstanding. One was thrown into so many difficult situations it was, it was hard not to learn. That base has helped me in many difficult business challenges I have faced over the years, while at Lehman and post Lehman.

    Cons

Senior management was sometimes ignorant and really didn't see the forest through the tree at times, which ultimately lead to poor decision making and holding positions that should have been long gone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

At this stage this would be an exercise in futility.

    Pros

A Competitive, high functioning place with many opportunities to excel.

    Cons

Requires a commitment to long hours and weekend work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

An even greater focus on dedicated service to clients.

I worked at Lehman Brothers full-time

    Pros

Growing company with many insides and different takes on forward looking technologies. They were always up to date for the most part, that is, until the crash.

    Cons

Unfortunately, it's not a functioning place to be. Nepotism and trading at it's finest. Don't expect to last long unless you're willing to get your cuffs inked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop being so inclusive.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
