I worked at Lehman Brothers full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Lehman had a challenging, albeit cut throat, dog-eat-dog environment. It had great expense reimbursement, held costs down while allowing you to travel like a king.

    Cons

Well, it went down the tubes due to stupid real estate investments and pretty much took the whole US economy with it. So that's how Lehman will be remembered, instead of as the American Economic Engine that is was for 158 years...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Lehman Brothers full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It's a job. It pays the bills and to be honest remuneration is not that bad given the market conditions. In addition, if you like to doss around, this is great for you as there is not much work on

    Cons

No progression - you work yourself out of a job. Management is rude, confused and only concerned with maintaining their positions / status quo. No real work to do

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

End this charade as soon as possible
