Company is on the way Down and Out

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsLearned in depth the workings and pitfalls of EP cardiac diagnostics in practices and institutions, as there was no continuous formal training program with Lifewatch

ConsAbusive Management and personnel turnover because of incompetence and illegalities (check out the IG reports on Lifewatch, as well as whistle-blower suits).

Advice to Senior ManagementFollow the laws, don't promote managers illegally bribing customers or falsifying billing codes.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Unfortunate leadership

    Sales (Former Employee)

ProsGood product and technology...Sales people can make a decent living and earnings. Top reps make over $200K

ConsThe Chairman provides such an unfortunate work environment that forces a new Sales VP Leader out every year. A lot of really good reps and managers have left LW due to his poor decisions. He doesn't value his employees.

Struggling company with poor vision of the future in cardiac monitoring. Employees (all disciplines) spread too thin so

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat place to jump in and get medical experience but probably not a place to make your career home or stay longer than 2 years.

ConsLifeWatch struggles with internal customer service issues, device problems and reporting issues. While this is common in the industry as a whole, LifeWatch seems to have a higher error rate. Training is limited, so this is an ideal setting for those associates that can find answers and reach out for assistance with minimal direction...just pick up the phone and ask! This will be a pivotal year for any company in the cardiac monitoring industry, given the drastic swings in reimbursement.

Advice to Senior ManagementPayor contracts must be favorable for the sales team to succeed. Without Payors paying for services, how can the sales team be deeply penalized? The economy today allows for only a limited few to pay for services in cash.

    Advice to Senior Managementnone
