Advice to Senior Management – CEO is fantastic, but many of the management team are not strong leaders and encourage bad behaviour amongst senior management.

Advice to Senior Management – Just because something is made a web-app doesn't mean it's an improvement over the old process.
Let process improvement flow from the bottom up.
Make decisions more quickly, because it doesn't appear that taking much time is letting you make better ones.

Cons – In LTAM: Nothing of open communication, zero interest of people, customer first are unknown words, zero strategical planning, too much operational work
