    Software Test Engineer

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsFamily-friendly working environment, flexible work hours, promote work-life balance

ConsRelative low pay in general, even though the senior management did not think so. No plan on resources. Senior management believed that everyone can be replaced by anyone else, in regardless of an employee's experience and learning curve. No matter how many years of experience one might have in the industry, if one does not have a certain skill/experience, McKesson might treat and pay you as a junior no matter what!

    Lack of leadership

Senior Technical Writer (Former Employee) Raleigh, NC (US)

ProsThere were a lot of good , dedicated people working out of the Raleigh office. There were lots of efforts to keep morale high, despite that job security was always in question.

ConsFinancial compensation was not very good. Furthermore, there was no job security. Ultimately, the Raleigh office was closed. About 40 people or so lost their jobs.

    Internship

    Intern (Former Employee)

ProsBig company that takes good care of its employees. My former colleagues were very happy with their jobs. However I was only an intern for a short time, so it's hard for me to leave a detailed review.

    ConsDon't be a contractor there.
