    Pros

    Benefits
    Holidays
    Free meal once a summer
    Holiday party
    Health unit

    Cons

No work life balance, stuck in old ways. Many employees are just looking towards retirement and not willing to look outside the box. Production is often given tasks with little direction on how to proceed and expected to figure it out. Management says they do not pressure employees, but pressure is on all the time.

    Pros

Fast growing company with many positive "Visions". Salary is higher than most companies in the area. Great benefits.

    Cons

No team effort. "Everyone for themselves" atmosphere. Very "Top Heavy". It seems like there is a Manager, Director, SR. Director , VP, Sr VP or president for every two employees. Individuals are promoted or hired based on "who you know" not actual qualifications. Always seems to be an unspoken threat of termination.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to spend more time developing employees and less time in conference calls. Very little communication with new employees, provide more feed back on job performance and training progress. Stop the "fear" mongering.

I worked at Mylan Inc as an intern (more than an year)

    Pros

Atmosphere is great if you are hard working. Almost everybody there is out to succeed. Benefits are great if you are a full-time employee. Bonuses are good if you are producing. Christmas party is awesome. Leadership was driven. Highly recommend.

    Cons

GMP and IT security protocols can make certain aspects of employment a chore. Dealing with union employees is frustrating. Lots of red tape in certain areas. Firing process is pretty brutal to witness, but if you are producing you shouldn't be worried. Lots of things are very hush-hush and office politics can be overwhelming at times.

    Pros

    Company has great medical coverage

    Cons

Company is experience growing pains, management is unaware of what is going on within their departments, tenure employees are having a difficult time embracing the global vision, they like the company as it is and do not see the need to change. They are not accepting of new employees (company is very cliquish). I encountered this issues with a certain individual in my group first hand, she made transitioning of job responsibilities painfully and unnecessarily difficult, and refused to provide training or answer any questions.
