    Consulting can involve long hours and hard work - regional philosophy allows for less travel and more work life balance than the competitors.
    Excellent experience with the recruiting organization as well as all of human capital.

    ConsPractices are somewhat silo like - would be nice to get more exposure across groups especially at more junior levels
