    Pros

People, benefits, perks such such as company car and fuel card, amazing managment team. You truly manage your own business. You have the opportunity to directly manage 10-15 people, and for young people like me, a position like this can take years to attain in other organizations. This is Leadership School!

    Cons

Difficult hours; the business literally runs 24/7.

I worked at Nestlé USA as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Big company with name recognition. Helps to build resume. Decent attempt at being sustainable. Good benefits.

    Cons

Unprofessional environment - within department. The higher up people in executive positions display much more class and professionalism. Not flexible at all with hours and time. Not a family oriented company. Not loyal to its employees. Around 50% of the company in this location is contracted employees who are treated poorly. No room for growth
