    High Performers

    Engagement Manager (Former Employee) Melbourne

ProsPeople are very focused on success, success is very well congratulated.
No deal is off the table if you can sell the idea of it, you are left to drive your own business.

ConsA little ambiguous in the way you need to run your own show. Management are very focused on forward looking and ensuring that numbers are met which is fair enough.

Advice to Senior ManagementA little more matrix management to ensure that communication flows are a little more pronounced so as to remove ambiguity.

Still a great company to work for, but was better

    Systems Engineer (Current Employee)

ProsGood pay, great people, freedom to "get the job done" your way, ability to work from home, great products

ConsCompany is getting bigger and culture is suffering a bit. Still better than any company I have worked for, but there has been a definite change in the past 4-5 years.

Advice to Senior ManagementHopefully they will do a better job of reacting to industry and economic trends and avoid any further layoffs. Mass layoffs are NOT good for company moral!
