    Pros

    Everyone at Old Navy is always so relaxed and having so much fun. There is never any stress or drama to go to work.

    Cons

    I really can't find many downsides other than the fact that it can sometimes be tough to recover the tables after mothers and children go through it.

    Pros

    Flexible schedule. Employee discount and lotsore savings thru a website they have. Phone discount. Easy dreas code. High integrity. Everybodybgets treated the same. Likes to promote from within. It builds your customer service. It betters you as a leader. Great place to grow as a manager. They will teach you alot.

    Cons

    The structure is disorganized when it comes to shipment and floorsets. Unrealistic vision of bussiness. And goals as far as phisical work. During holidays gets bad with shipment.

    Advice to Management

    Pick a high volume store. Make sure it has a stockroom or its big. Get ready for a fast pasce enviroment. Know your numbers on previous job. Market place.

    Fun work environment, meet different people, cool co-workers

    Cons

    not enough hours, sent home early when slow, some managers didn't care about associates, some managers micro-manage, favoritism from managers to some associates, no room for growth.

    - Very flexible with college schedule.
    - Minimum wage is higher than federal standard.
    - Relatively laid back environment.
    - Great employee discount.

    Cons

    - Hours are very few.
    - Pushing Old Navy cards isn't always fun.
    - Signage design causes customer confusion.

    Maybe give people a small incentive to open up cards even if they get rejected. Mayb
