    Only CON is the tornados

    Pros

Casual dress. Good facilities. Working on recognizable brands. A few talented people sprinkled around.

    Cons

    Where do I start?

Struggling sales & poor sales team. New business is lagging. Big attrition issues, especially in the technology practice, with a lot of the technology work moving overseas to India. Heavily siloed with some entrenched barely competent leaders. Chained to an aging BPO practice. Account management team is full of first-job college grads that don't know client mangagement. Cliquish management team is increasingly out of touch. Company has always driven poor work/life balance from its employees, with no bonus structure or rewards for the hard work. Salaries aren't competitive with the market. Company values are preached (literally), but not practiced.

    Pros

The location was convenient. Close to good places to go for lunch, oh wait, there's no time for lunch! This is a tough one to think of anything positive about.

    Cons

Over worked, 80+ hours per week
    Under paid, under appreciated
have to be in the good 'ol boy network to be promoted, or you have to sleep with one of them.
CEO is a hypocrite, professes Christianity, but has no moral code of conduct.

    Advice to Management

Since I know the management is to arrogant to consider advice, there's no point in saying anything here.

    Pros

Relaxed environment, flexible schedules, casual dress code, a diverse group of employees, and many big-name clients.

    Cons

Our department is under-staffed, and most of us are expected to work nights and weekends to meet unrealistic deadlines.

    Pros

Facility is nice. Some really great people work there.

    Cons

Systems are overly complex and unreliable. There seems to be a lot of politics going on with management. The communication is poor from the executives. .

    Advice to Management

Say what you mean instead of spinning things. Learn to connect with employees and give a vision in the departments and company.

    Pros

    - There aren't that many companies like this in the area, good to build your CV
    - Nice atmosphere amongst colleages, low average age

    Cons

    - More a logistics than ecommerce company
    - Nepotism
    - Ego-driven management who lacks people skills and not interested in personal development of the staff
    - Low work ethics, finger pointing, stabbing in the back, lying and false promises are common practice
    - Very opportunistic company with no long term plan communicated to employees
    - Awful work tools, no fancy laptop, no latest smartphone, slow internet, tablet? nope!
    - Restrictive guidelines
    - Bellow average salary and benefits

    Advice to Management

Trust your staff! This place has the potential to be a nice place to work but isn't because of the opacity of the management. The place leaves an impression that each department works on his own even though the serve the same clients

    Pros

Good team of knowledgeable developers, fast growth, significant opportunity for those willing to work at it, interesting technology, big name clients, executives are decent human beings

    Cons

Significant growing pains as company expands, annoying politics from long timers resistant to change, fast pace can be tough if you aren't prepared for it, must establish your own work/life balance

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing forward even if it makes some people grumble

    Pros

Casual dress. Downtime is actual downtime - easy.

    Cons

Everything else. Horrible management - only worried about the bottom dollar and could care less about you as a person. Get worked to the bone for 60+ hours a week at a barely liveable wage. They brought in analysts fresh out of college at a higher rate than myself, and refused to provide raises in line with inflation. Management is only looking out for themselves. If it means throwing you under the bus to get ahead, prepared to get rolled over.

    Advice to Management

Don't work here if you value your personal life, decency, self worth.
