Pros – If you are a self starter this place will work out great. Generous vacation. Contracts with government means you will get paid overtime by law (x1 not x1.5 but still great). Performance incentives are not much but still pretty good. Nice people. Be aware, actual work quality depends on what contract you are working on.
Cons – If you work better in a very structured environment it won't work out so well. No chances for any advancement. Could be a problem for some - you have to stay motivated to keep up with technologies.
Advice to Senior Management – Too much overhead for what needs to be done.
