I have been working at Paragon Group
Pros – 1) its user friendly
2) offers employment growth and development.
3) develops your business mind
4) its not monotonous
5)your work is respected
Cons – Paragon allows you to think outside the box , it aids in personal Growth development and future success. making you a better professional.
Advice to Senior Management – A down for Paragon is its salary, and employee benefits , but other than those paragon is a great ant professional place to work.

Pros – they sponsor foreign therapists to come to the US
Cons – they renege on their promises. no support for employees
Advice to Senior Management – treat people better
