Former Employee – worked at PepsiCo full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Progressive Company that provides a multitude of opportunities for job growth. Learned more in the 10 years that I worked for them than all of the other companies I worked for combined.
Employee compensation and benefits were excellent.
Cons – Stock price and investor relations was more important to them than their employees. Every year the company reorganized and consolidated.
Advice to Senior Management – Align the divisions, instead of cutting jobs. My biggest competitors in the market place were the other divisions in the company.

Former Employee – worked at PepsiCo full-time for more than a year
Pros – PepsiCo China values people and truly cherish talents. There are constant changes within the organization so it presents a lot of opportunities to grow if you have high ambition and energy. Its culture is diversified and inclusive with dynamics, just like its brands.
Cons – PepsiCo China has started the strategic alliance with Tingyi, which casts some shadow on the culture that PepsiCo had before. It is a question if the company can keep its vibe and spirit in the future.
Advice to Senior Management – Nurture better senior managers.

Current Employee – been working at PepsiCo full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – If you're driven to make money you can do OK for yourself, but as the highest paid salesman in my region I am paid well below what other Salesman make in other companies.
Cons – Low Pay - Poor Medical Benefits - Continuous decline of incentives - Promotion is as much based on the ability to relocate than on performance. I would not recommend this place to anyone - Pay way too low.
Advice to Senior Management – I am a senior sales manager and I would love to apologize to future employees, we just can't pay you what you're worth and its only going to get worse. Go get a job selling pharmaceuticals...
