    Nice place to work

    ProsStable company, strong management, lots of work and projects going at the same time makes it an interesting place to work.

    ConsSometimes its hard to change people from old habits because the incumbent, state owned telecom provider still rings a bell to some employees, mostly older ones

    Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up with the good work, make portugal telecom a market force together with Oi and dont forget of the people that pull all the levers and push all the buttons

    Good company for a stable job

    ProsStable environment with a friendly, competent and mature team. A semi-competitive salary (IT) and a good location.

    ConsAs it happens with many big corporations, there's a lot of bureaucracy.

    ConsCrisis in Portugal doesn't allow for the best effort / reward combination at the moment.

    Portugal Telecom - general review

    ProsGreat management team, as of December 2012. Good health support services, for both the employee and relatives.

    ConsOnce Portugal is in financial trouble, career opportunities are not great most companies, and Portugal Telecom is no exception
