Cons – Layoffs,poor raises, terrible senior management, promotes people who do the least amount of work, terrible human resources

Pros – It's the employees that make Progenics a good place to work.

Cons – Too many layoffs. With layoffs comes higher workload.

Advice to Senior Management – Management needs to listen more.

Pros – Reasonable benefits, summer hours, low expectations make it easy to succeed internally

Cons – Horrible senior leadership who never learn from their mistakes. Incompetent decision-making at the top, particularly in R&D. Communication only as a last resort and usually by email or group meeting. Bad news is never given one on one. Unprofessional in every sense of the word. Moral is terrible there and they don't care. Human resources is the worst I have ever experienced.

Advice to Senior Management – Quit and let someone competent try to save that company

Pros – Nice campus with plenty of parking. The surrounding areas/towns are very beautiful and historic.

Cons – Lack of recognition for efforts and poor pay for junior-level employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Appreciate all your staff, especially junior members!
