    I worked at Prudential plc as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    Westernized management
    Nice colleagues
    Staff are treated very well and treated generously
    Great international exposure, probably because I worked in regional office

    Cons

    Tasks are a bit boring and tedious
    Sometimes I am very free, but sometimes I can get very very busy, some colleagues may need to work during weekends

    Highly political, very siloed, UK feel they are the underdog in comparison to the Asia region which impacts morale
