I worked at PwC full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

All it has is a good name, but only to those who are quite ignorant about working in such an egotistic culture.

    Cons

If you know someone influencial & they like you, then you've got a positive atmosphere. If you do not know anyone, then you can see clear that they're all in it for the game & who can get up who can brown nose to be in the game. It's cancerous and mind numbing about real life relationships because in this culture it's about power and who can do the best game at it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop playing people off against each other. Create more genuine & acceptance of all differences, not just who you think should fit your very INFLATED ideals. You've gone too far to be the best & it has turned sour among within your very foundation, yet you're too far beyond to see that. If only ONE management person had the GUTS to do something about it would be HONOURABLE.

I worked at PwC full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Opportunity to work across multiple industries
I suppose it's good to have on the CV

    Cons

    Abismal leadership,
    Partners hoarding profits
    Zero staff management
HC worst I have ever come across
    Bullying by senior management
New Australian CEO has only ever worked at the firm thus how can he comment on industry although he's good at avoiding and diverting difficult questions
Incompetent senior management with serious lack of basic technical skills 'how do these people get into these positions'
Lots of untruths during the recruiting process
Complete lack of understanding of experienced hires
    No trust between staff
What culture and values, they are non existent!
