    Pros

    nice to have on CV
    ...That's it!

    Cons

    Terrible dog eat dog culture
    No recognition
Outrageous favoritism - partners' pets rule - others treated as third world people
Best talent leaves, those who stay for long either have to cope or are incompetent
Competition for assignments between staff within teams
All talk no action by leadership
    No cultural diversity

    Ancient LOTUS Notes!!! Still!
No proper templates, everyone does things differently and uses different format.
No knowledge management tools other than folder on the server!

I worked at PwC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Opportunity to work across multiple industries
I suppose it's good to have on the CV

    Cons

    Abismal leadership,
    Partners hoarding profits
    Zero staff management
HC worst I have ever come across
    Bullying by senior management
New Australian CEO has only ever worked at the firm thus how can he comment on industry although he's good at avoiding and diverting difficult questions
Incompetent senior management with serious lack of basic technical skills 'how do these people get into these positions'
Lots of untruths during the recruiting process
Complete lack of understanding of experienced hires
    No trust between staff
What culture and values, they are non existent!

I worked at PwC as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Managers and 'buddies' are always there for you to ask questions. My calendar was full before the internship start date, thanks to my buddy who was super organised. Learnt a lot on the job which was great, as well as the culture and work procedures.

    Cons

Very dependent on the person assigned as the interns buddy. First impressions last, so make sure to have a positive one because they are the ones who review you for a job offer!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should continue to be involved in an intern's skill set building and expose them to the broader picture of an interns role in a case.
