Pros-Very smart engineering team.
-Ability to develop new products and new features.
-Accessible senior management

Cons-Lack of proper marketing and vision.
-Some product are half baked and released too soon

A great company

I have been working at Radware full-time for more than a year

ProsThere are a lot of very sharp people and you are working with bleeding edge technologies. Compensation is competitive. Easy to reach to CEO or any VPs. Anything is possible. Culture is good (empowerment, work from home, etc). Leadership by products is very good.

ConsIf you want to make things happen, you have to push internally all the time. Culture can be rough. Not for sensitive souls Sales meetings can get ugly.

Advice to Senior ManagementInvest more in Marketing. When there are products issues, be straightforward about it.

Prosdecenr salary, easy to coast, dont fire people often

In need of a leader

I worked at Radware full-time for more than a year

ProsAmazingly enough, there are good talented people in this company (other than upper management) who work very hard and care about each other. But eventually the good talent leaves as the company and CEO care less about employment retention. Good technology and R&D team in HQ. Ok Salary, poor benefits.

ConsLack of leadership and mentoring - just a micro manager leading the company. Day to day strategy, no long term commitment to partners. Deal by deal sales base organization. Lack of employment retention culture. Management love to create internal competition amount - no loyalty amount peers.

Advice to Senior ManagementTime to leave the company to a real CEO.

ProsCompetitive products - name recognition in the industry. Good amount of great talent and hard working people int he company. You can draft your own business and execute it.

ConsLack of a consistent strategy and vision and lost of talent due to poor leadership. Very little concern about employee retention. Marketing is lost due to poor management direction. Everything is micromanage by the CEO.

Advice to Senior ManagementIs time to admit it, save talent and leave the company to new and fresh management.
