I have been working at Redbox full-time for less than a year
Pros – The employees are treated very well within the company offering many great benefits outside of the normal health care and time off. Excellent 401K matching, concierge service and even stock grants if you are high enough level. All employees are eligible for a bonus. Salaries are competitive (I'm in HR, so I know). some of the most intelligent and creative people I know work here. No real dress code, people can wear t-shirts and jeans if you like. The pace is very fast and you need to be ready for it. Management does a good job listening to its employees and often come to us for new ideas. Also, most people are working 40 - 45 hrs a week. there may be times you need to work more, but we value work life balance.
Rated 15 on Forbes top 100 fastest growing companies in 2012, so career opportunities are plentiful.
Cons – Constant change is a pro and con. If this is something you cannot keep up with, you will easily fall behind.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Redbox full-time for more than a year
Pros – There are many employee benefits including, but not limited to, tuition reimbursement, wellness reimbursement, paid time off, random gifts occasionally, and catered food occasionally.
Cons – Machine Support is a 24/7 operation and has to work on holidays, which is the only downside to working for this department/company.
Advice to Senior Management – It would be nice if upper management held more meetings to communicate policies, procedures, and other information to the departments that are located away from the main office.

I have been working at Redbox full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – You can work your own hours and have time off any time you need it. Dont have to really deal with people or your boss everyday.
Cons – Info doesnt really get handed down the chain. Constant little changes by the hour and little petty side work to do on top of your normal job.

I worked at Redbox full-time for more than a year
Pros – The pace is extremely fast and priorities can sometimes change within hours. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, this is definitely the right place for you.
Cons – The pace is extremely fast, which can at times feel more chaotic than exhilirating. Leadership is one-way (top-down) instead of collaborative.
Advice to Senior Management – Innovative ideas will come if you open yourself to more collaboration instead of dictating in a command-and-control top-down style.

I worked at Redbox full-time
Pros – Good benefits, A good culture that is slowly being chipped away by the suits at Coinstar, Good employee work/life balance.
Cons – Low pay, Managers and Directors who did not act with any sense of decorum, Office Politics, Lack of Career Path, Culture changed dramatically with Coinstar buyout, No loyalty to longtime employees, High turnover.
Advice to Senior Management – Take a good luck at how things are done and slowly, less aggresively make changes. Recognize the employees that you have that work hard without all of the recognition that you save for the loudest voices.
