    Pros

The motivated product design team keeps the company afloat while engaging in a constant upstream fight against the relentless current of out of touch marketing staff and unmotivated/untrained product developers.

    Cons

Senior management team is full of stereotypical undereducated New Englanders. They could not be father removed, or any less interested in market trends, research, or innovation.

    Advice to Management

How can you expect different results by restructuring with the same players every few years? Stop promoting people who provide mediocre performance.

Successful companies innovate. Non innovative companies fail. Embrace the importance of innovative product creation before it's too late.

    Pros

Reebok was once a great place to work. It was fun and very people oriented. Great work - life balance, benefits, and discounts.

    Cons

Once adidas took over and moved its upper management in the fun stopped. Constantly restructuring and changing strategy, while pushing great people out of the organization.

    Advice to Management

Follow through on what you say and commit to. You talk about wanting to develop talent and invest in people and yet you do the exact opposite.
