Great Product Marketing Internship

Product Marketing Intern (Former Employee)
Barcelona (Spain)

I worked at Reebok full-time for less than a year

ProsOpportunity to work with a well known brand, excellent management support, great location (barcelona office), great work life balance and social life, good office culture

ConsVery low intern pay, bad communication between departments, not much opportunity for upward movement in the company

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Fun, marketing-centric company

Co-Op (Former Employee)
Canton, MA (US)

I worked at Reebok as an intern for less than a year

ProsGreat for fitness lovers, awesome facilities, lots of team bonding, fun outdoor events during the warmer months

ConsSome communication tends to be lost between business units, the overall brand image can be confusing because there are so many different departments (Classics, Sport, Kids, Crossfit, Spartan)

Advice to Senior ManagementReassess the voice of the brand to encompass all of the individual business units

A confused brand creates a confused business

Fabric Manager (Former Employee)
Canton, MA (US)

I worked at Reebok full-time for more than a year

ProsSmall HQ makes it easy to meet people in all levels easily. Encourages taking health classes on site.

ConsNot a lot of work balance and it could be very clicky. Performance reviews are based on rumors and gossip not a lot of transparency. The brand acts like a Private label operation under Adidas.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe real leaders, makes contractual agreements that best serve the Reebok brand more than the Adi brand. Be less afraid of risk in order to clearly establish Reebok as its own brand.

Store Manager

Store Manager (Current Employee)
Kansas City, MO (US)

I have been working at Reebok full-time for less than a year

ProsGreat discount, discounts at other places. People at the store level are great to be around.

ConsThey want drones not problem solvers. No sense of reality with managers above store level. People at HQ are often rude for no reason.

Advice to Senior ManagementUpper management is stale and been around too long. Registers are dinosaurs as with all other computer equipment. Processes need to be streamlined and simplified for maximum time management

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
