    Pros

    Considerate training system helps new people settle in quicker
    Everyone is nice, talented and energetic. People are genuinely happy to give help.
    No hierarchy. Issues are discussed openly.
    No "corner office". The most beautiful place of the floor is a canteen which belongs to every employee.

    Cons

    For people who have no IT background, it may take much effort to understand the industry.

    Pros

    My time at responsys was a total slam dunk. After spending almost 2 years here, I was able to get a bigger and better opportunity doing business development for the Oracle Marketing Cloud. Everything I learned about moving into the big leagues I learned at Responsys. The NYC office was really a wonderful stepping stone into Oracle and I am grateful for my manager for hiring and teaching me everything I needed to know to make it big.

    As they say, "Go big or go home". I am going big thanks to Responsys.

    Cons

    The interns are a bit untrained and people here really have a strong hatred of their imagined or real competitors. Some people just need to lighten up.

    Lighten up guys. We're part of Oracle and it's totally awesome!

    Pros

    Open, friendly environment filled with a lot of proactive individuals. People work until they get their projects complete but also know how to balance work and add a bit of team building into the mix.

    Cons

    It really depends on your manager. Since it was recently acquired earlier in the year, there has been some communication gaps.

    Make sure your Directors are checking in with their team once in a while.

    People are friendly/helpful. Nice location. Job itself isn't too bad.

    Cons

    Management has lied about giving raises over and over again, leading to a mass exodus. They then failed to hire new people.

    Oracle processes add frustration and take away time no one has.

    Pros

    You meet some halfway decent people there. It makes the stress less.

    Cons

    1. High School mentality. Only the "cool kids" get ahead or recognized.
    2. Sweatshop mentality: Just crank out everything and don't complain
    3. Management is EXTREMELY hands off.
    4. Management asks your opinion but you're passive aggressively crucified for your thoughts.

    Actually consider what people are telling you, rather than just listening.
    The people who actually care are the ones who are more than likely leaving.

    Pros

    The managers are really helpful, encouraging you to do your best.
    The office environment is amazing; whenever it is someone's special event, the company will put money together to get a card or a present, or when someone is leaving, the office will also do something.
    The corporate events have seasonal events (such as the Christmas ball or Halloween Party); these are very good.
    The work life balance is also something that is good as well; the managers encourage that work stays at work.

    It is a very high pressure job- the stress can be really intense at time.

    Pros

    Great environment and the people are all knowledgeable and dedicated. There is a definite culture of helping the client succeed. Great place to be pre-Oracle. CEO was approachable and seemed to genuinely care about employee satisfaction.

    Cons

    Full service staff are poorly compensated for the area, and advancement opportunities have been nonexistent for almost 2 years now. This causes high turnover in the most client facing positions.

    Middle management need people management training. While product knowledge is phenomenal, they have no idea how to manage people. Morale is a direct reflection of management, who are either absent(senior) or ineffectual (middle).
