Current Employee – been working at Rio Grande Foods as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – With the totally different concept in the field of food services, my experience here is quite different from other previous employer.
Cons – Mishandling of customers complaints that badly affects the company's reputation.
Advice to Senior Management – We need to do more upselling and marketing..
