“Company forces Management to in force unrealistic expectations on associates”
I have been working at Ross Stores
Pros – Ross will pay new managers extremely well if you negotiate.
Cons – Constant upper management changes. Associates are are expected to work at unrealistic pace for low wages.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Cons – they dont pay much there
Advice to Senior Management – you can move up quickly if you a hard worker
