Pros – Great managers, great colleagues, a relaxed working environment, flexible with hours, parking, cafe on site and other places to eat within walking distance, interesting work.

Cons – Pay is a little lower than other broadcasters.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great work.

Cons – A very fixed public service mentality among the majority of staff

Advice to Senior Management – Stay focused on the charter. Australia doesn't need another commercial network.

Cons – was to small of a company

Advice to Senior Management – let the managers handle employees

Cons – too many divisions, not high salary
