Former Employee – worked at SGS full-time for less than a year
Pros – Work Timings, One of the Leading MNC in its line of business, Less traveling( walkable distance from Kanjurmarg station).
Cons – Traditional Management, less scope of growth, Low Pay, Retainership, Unorganised work, No training and Development initiatives.
Advice to Senior Management – The management should adopt dynamic and professional way of approach rather being traditional,
The growth of employees should be mostly based on performance not based on tenure. The way of working needs to be re-framed so that it is organised. Effective training should be given based on the projects.

Former Employee – worked at SGS
Pros – The patients have been with the group for years and are patient and very pleasant to work with. The headquarters office is nice (aesthetically).
Cons – Upper management is unorganized and incompetent and just plain rude! There really in no middle management nor checks and balances. No training is offered (because of the incompetence). There is a NO TALKING policy (meaning no talking) which is most likely why the employees are not very willing to assist one another.
Advice to Senior Management – Step down before the collision if you really care about spouses company! Let spouses hire outside management and provide neutrality in the office.
