    Pros

Welcoming people, Warm and Kind staff they'll always say hello and smile at you when you meet, conducive environment with support given when needed, admin is very supportive, office culture like the Friday forums ensures interaction and exchange of ideas

    Cons

Short contracts you already feel like you are leaving soon on your first day, Intern pay is way too little

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review the pay mostly for interns and also the contract duration should be longer to enable focus at the job place and kinda ensure job security for the employees and also try may be absorb some of the interns or refer them somewhere otherwise Keep up with the good work
