Pros – fairly small company, tries very hard to maintain a focus on its employees and clients

Cons – lots of hierarchy but everyone up the chain is easily accessible

Current Employee – been working at Secure Mission Solutions full-time for more than a year

Pros – management will tend to leave you alone as long as you keep producing results. My project manager has always been there for me when I needed him, and left me alone when I didn't. They always looked out for me when ever i needed anything

Cons – Government contracting in general. The company works very hard to find contracts and keep them. but some times there is nothing they can do, and if there ever was a lapse in our contract, they would float us on over head.

Advice to Senior Management – keep doing what you are doing.

Cons – Was hired for a position I was not qualified for.

Advice to Senior Management – Ensure that all new employees are qualified for each position.
