I have been working at Sheetz

    Pros

You get to interact with customers all the time and really get to work maximum hours! Wonderful co workers and always a very hygienic, clean environment.

    Cons

The challenges of working here would be the training and cooperation with co workers on time off. When I first started they trained me with computer slide shows and lectures. Most were very dispersed out and were not shown until after I was tossed into the mix. I appreciated being taught by co workers on how to use the coffee maker properly, although it was rather brisk. I was called in minutes before I had to be there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train the new workers slow and SHOW them to do this correctly, perhaps have them do it than correct them on what was wrong.
