Cons – No communications between manager and employees whatsoever. They expect you to be perfect and to meet all the requirements but they never do.
Never meet their promises
you supposed to get a raised after probation... (after a year never got it)

Cons – Toxic company culture that led to a culture of bullying among co-workers. Self serving management where unethical behavior was tolerated. Employees and vendors were not always treated with respect. Long hours, no work life balance. A culture of "Do what I say, not what I do."

Good store discount of 30%, but promotions and sales can be better.
Good health programs to support care to patients.

Cons – For busy stores, there is not enough staff to fill prescriptions quickly which translated into long wait-times for customers.
No access to all internet health resources.
No scheduled breaks

Pros – Employees are dedicated because they have to be. Associates I have worked for have been wonderful and understanding.
30% discount on regular priced items.
Easy to store transfer.

Cons – Not enough staff to cover the floor because head office only allows a set number of hours.
Verbal harassment not addressed correctly. Nothing done about employees that are clearly meant to be shown the door.

Advice to Senior Management – Make sure your DM's aren't working on scare tactics when coming into stores. Please try to help and not knock us down, acknowledge what we are doing correctly...
